Asters law firm is seeking the services of Marketing Director to join its dynamic, professional and friendly environment and gain international business development exposure.
Responsibilities
• Marketing and business development activities, including developing innovative tools and techniques for key client retention and potential clients*employees attractiveness;
• Developing and implementing marketing strategy and administering marketing budget;
• Undertaking research and analysis on clients, markets and competitors;
• Creating effective advertising campaigns and submissions for relevant industry directories;
• Ensuring production of marketing materials, client files and mailings for client newsletters;
• Coordinating conference materials, as well as authoring, editing and placement of publications;
• Encouraging and implementing individual partners’ and practice groups’ business development activities within the marketing strategy;
• Coordinating the firm's website design, development and optimization, and supporting the development of intranet site;
• Organising corporate hospitality events;
• Launching CSR activities through cross-marketing and communications.
Qualifications and Skills
• University Degree with a relevant business or marketing qualification;
• A proven successful track record in a marketing and*or business development role (2+ years) within professional services environment;
• Superior communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• Excellent knowledge of Windows packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a high pressure environment;
• Willingness to coach players and be a doer, as well as a manager and leader;
• Experience of working in an international law firm is highly desirable.
